KartPad v0.2.0-preview.2

This is KartPad's first downloadable unsigned IPA for iPhone and iPad. The IPA
must be re-signed before installation and still requires the user's own legally
obtained supported PAL RMCP01 revision 0 WBFS/ISO on first launch.

Included

  • The K-circuit iPhone/iPad app icon and current Apple integration from main.
  • A full ARM64 app containing the ahead-of-time translated 29,065-function
    retail executable graph.
  • Touch controls, motion steering, controller support, private game-data
import, saves, local multiplayer, and the current Metal runtime.
  • The Personal IPA Builder, compatibility profile, deterministic cache, and
local-build workflow introduced in Preview 1.
  • Rights, installation, provenance, and exact third-party license notices
    included with the downloadable artifact.

Distribution boundary

The IPA contains translated game logic but no disc image, extracted courses,
textures, audio, saves, Apple signing identity, or provisioning profile. This
is a free, unofficial community preview with unresolved upstream and game-code
redistribution rights. See RIGHTS_AND_LICENSES.md before redistributing or
expanding its release channel.

Known limitations

  • Local Apple signing remains the user's responsibility.
  • Only one exact verified PAL RMCP01 revision 0 WBFS container is currently
accepted. Other container variants, regions, and revisions fail closed until
    separately validated.
  • Online multiplayer passes the local Mac-to-iPad-Simulator flow, but public
service, external-client, resilience, and physical-device acceptance remain
    open.
  • Stable performance is not yet accepted across every track or device.
  • Retro Rewind content is not included.

Do not upload game images, extracted game data, saves, signing credentials, or
device containers when requesting support.
