MaskPad v0.1.1

This release updates the public ROM-free unsigned IPA to current MaskPad main, including the clarified Documents/LiveContainer ROM guidance, working in-app Rescan retry, and controller gyro setup guidance.

Actual wired DualShock 4 motion input on a physical iPad remains a hardware acceptance gate. LiveContainer’s expected Documents location is documented, but complete LiveContainer compatibility is not claimed.
