WpfAuthoringRulesLoader (SessionStart) — injects always-on, enforced WPF ControlTemplate/Style/animation authoring rules every session (required PART_ names, animation safety, Setter-on-Freezable → MC4111, StaticResource forward-reference, the (UIElement.Children)[n] path trap, enter/exit pairing, runtime verification). Plugin .claude/rules are not auto-loaded for installed users, so the rules ship as a hook.
