fix issue with standalone conversion

ComicTools 1.06

• Fix issue in locg where issue count was showing price
• Set issue count to "" in locg if not found so we don't add it to metadata
• Change how issue count and price are parsed which add ability to add other details from that section ie Distributor SKU, UPC

ComicTools 1.05

• Add backup way to get issue number from name

ComicTools 1.04

• Move lists in comicutil out to a json file. Scene promos, metadata files, hashed files
• Add ability to remove images based on hash
• Fix issue with merging xml metadata
• Strip whitespace from description/summary from locg

ComicTools 1.03

Always convert jpeg to jpg. We were returning true when converting jpeg to jpg since they are the same format without actually renaming the file so when the cleanup happened we were removing the current images.

ComicTools 1.02

• Add header to main menu
• Add catches around page count and price for locg
• Default db to Comicvine

ComicTools 1.01
