[Install issue]: Cannot install Chromadb for Versions > Python 3.12

What happened?

Chromadb is not supported for versions greater than python 3.12. Already 3.14 LTS version has been released. Please upgrade the package. using uv add chromadb, its throwing the error.

Hi, I have attempted to install chromadb on python 3.13.3 and it successfully installed and is useable. Are you attempting to install chroma via another package? I noticed in the error message it mentions lz4, and chromadb has no dependency on lz4, and in the pyproject.toml it requires-python >=3.9, meaning 3.13 and 3.14 are supported.

Separately, we will add 3.13 and 3.14 as part of our testing suite, as that has not been updated yet. Please let us know if there's more information you can give that could help us determine the root cause

I have Python 3.14 (Windows 11) and I want to install ChromaDB, but I get an error when it tries to collect numpy<2.0.0,>=1.22.5 (from ChromaDB).
