Chromascope 0.3.0 is the first release since 0.2.0. It grows the mzML viewer into a quantification workbench: batch quantification with calibration, internal standards and peak review, QC and method validation, projects with an audit package, a JSON command-line interface (chromascope-cli) and two MCP servers (chromascope-mcp, chromascope-engine-mcp). It also adds a daily update check, installers for Windows, macOS and Linux with SHA256SUMS.txt, and several fixes. Everything that changed is listed in CHANGELOG.md.
