The maintainers believe indexing and linking to public patent metadata for research, education, and archival purposes is consistent with common practice for patent landscaping and prior-art study. This repository intentionally contains only these two markdown files plus this README. No scripts, PDFs, or scraped full-text dumps are included.
Metadata was generated from a local collection of publicly obtained patent PDF filenames and title lookups against public patent databases. This GitHub repo is a static export of that index for backup and sharing — not an active scraping target or attack surface.
