本版本无库代码变更；随附的 release.ps1 新增自动递增补丁版本号与 -Help 参数（见 RELEASE_SCRIPT_GUIDE.md）。
此 Release 为事后补建：当时的发布流程在创建 GitHub Release 一步失败，NuGet 包已正常发布。

No library code changes in this version; the bundled release.ps1 gained auto-increment of the patch version and a -Help switch (see RELEASE_SCRIPT_GUIDE.md).
This release was created retroactively: the release workflow failed at the "Create GitHub Release" step at the time, while the NuGet package was published successfully.
