本次重点

• 按时间调节亮度：在 24 小时折线图上增加、拖动或输入亮度节点，午夜连续衔接；支持指定时区。
• 按日出日落调节：选择地区快捷项或填写经纬度，在本地估算日出日落，设置日间与夜间亮度；可同时切换 FC 的浅色/深色主题。位置不上传，主题设置不影响 Windows 或其他应用。
• 订阅光照数据：添加 HTTP/HTTPS 数据链接，让自己的传感器、第三方设备或模拟服务提供统一的 fluentcontrol.light-sample JSON；亮度曲线保存在本机，可导入导出。
• 无需硬件也能验证：内置模拟光照；仓库另附 Python 本地模拟服务器和可编辑的时间—光照配置。模拟来源启用自动调节后也会实际改变所选屏幕的亮度。
• 平滑与手动优先：默认 1 秒采样，3 点中值后平滑；屏幕最多每 2 秒写入一次，单次变化最多 5 个百分点，差异不足 2 个百分点不写。手动调整后暂停自动亮度 10 分钟。
• 同时收入正式版 v0.3.118 之后的 笔记本内屏 WMI 亮度控制、应用主题选择与深色界面对比度修复。

使用与边界

1. 首次建议选「光照强度 → 内置模拟光照」，编辑曲线并用预览滑块观察目标亮度。
2. 选择目标屏幕，开启「启用自动调节」进行实际测试；开启状态会保存，下次运行 FC 会继续。
3. 自建模拟链接：在仓库运行 python tools/light-source/server.py，订阅 http://127.0.0.1:8765/light.json。传感器之后按相同结构提供实时数据即可。

本版同时生效一条规则、一个目标屏幕。数据超时或无效时暂停；HDR 开启或状态未知时不自动写亮度；屏幕操作出错后需重新启用。仅预览图表不写屏幕。硬件 USB/BLE 桥接、固件和用户习惯学习尚未实现。

此安装包来自主干构建 #129，已通过完整 Windows、模拟界面、MSI 与 Setup 回归；这些检查不代表实体笔记本、HKC 显示器或传感器已通过实测。安装包未做 Authenticode 签名。此版不设为 Latest，软件内的正式版更新检查不会推荐它。安装会升级现有 FC，保留个人配置；旧版安装器可能拒绝直接降级。

This Snap preview is a Windows x64 release, not a Linux Snap package. Automatic adjustment is off by default. Open Settings → Adaptive presets, select a display and mode, then explicitly enable it.

Highlights

• Edit a 24-hour brightness curve with draggable or numeric points, midnight continuity and a selectable time zone.
• Calculate sunrise/sunset locally from a region shortcut or coordinates; choose day/night brightness and optionally switch FC between light and dark. Coordinates are not uploaded; Windows and other apps' themes are unchanged.
• Subscribe to HTTP/HTTPS illuminance feeds using the shared fluentcontrol.light-sample JSON format. Hardware, third-party devices and simulators use the same contract; brightness curves remain local and can be imported/exported.
• Test without hardware using built-in simulated light or the included Python localhost server and editable time/lux pattern. An enabled simulated source also controls the selected real display.
• Default 1-second sampling, a 3-sample median and smoothing, writes no more often than every 2 seconds, a 5-percentage-point step limit and a 2-point deadband. Manual adjustment pauses automatic brightness for 10 minutes.
• Includes changes since stable v0.3.118: laptop-panel brightness through Windows WMI, app theme selection and dark-mode contrast fixes.

Getting started and limits

Try the built-in simulated source and preview slider, then choose a target display and enable automation. Enabled state persists across FC restarts. For an external test feed, run python tools/light-source/server.py and subscribe to http://127.0.0.1:8765/light.json.

One active rule and target display are supported. Invalid/stale data pauses control; HDR or unknown HDR state blocks automatic brightness writes. A display operation failure requires re-enabling. The curve preview alone never writes brightness. USB/BLE bridges, device firmware and preference learning are not included.

Main build #129 passed Windows, simulated UI, MSI and Setup checks; these do not establish compatibility with physical laptops, HKC monitors or sensors. Installers are not Authenticode-signed. This prerelease is not Latest and is excluded from stable in-app updates. It upgrades the existing FC installation while retaining settings; older installers may reject a direct downgrade.

新版安装向导：从安装开始保持 Fluent 风格

• 系统、浅色、深色主题，支持简体中文、繁體中文、English、日本語、한국어、Deutsch、Français、Español。
• 首次安装可选择本地目录，包括中文和空格路径；使用现代系统文件夹选择器，并可设置“随 Windows 启动”。
• 安装成功后，由你点击 “启动 FluentControl” 打开应用，也可以直接关闭；静默安装、修复、取消和卸载不会自动启动应用。
• 再次打开同版本 Setup 可修复或卸载；卸载需要确认。升级保留原目录和个人配置，自启动选项以当前实际设置为准。
• 遇到文件占用时可以关闭占用程序后重试，或取消并回滚，不强制结束其他应用。

相比首版现代安装器的开发构建 #115（112.49 MB），新版 Setup 缩小约 52%，比同版 MSI 只多约 2.8 MB。这是移除重复运行时和提高压缩率的结果，保留完整离线安装内容。安装前端复用受支持 Windows 自带的 .NET Framework 4.8，主应用所需运行库仍包含在包内，无需联网补下载。

更新与显示控制更稳妥

• 新版手动更新优先使用官方 Setup，仍兼容只有 MSI 的旧 Release；检查文件来源、大小和 SHA-256 后，由用户选择安装。
• 修复软件色温写入未确认、随后恢复又失败时可能丢失恢复记录的问题。
• 设置或恢复颜色前再次核对其他程序是否改动了颜色曲线，减少覆盖外部颜色设置的风险。
• 设备刷新或 HDR 切换后，取消排队中的旧总配置请求，避免继续应用过期操作。

显示控制修复不增加新的型号适配，也不代表所有显示器都能远程导航原厂 OSD。实体 HKC、HDR、颜色曲线及混合 DPI 体验仍需实机验证。

文档与开源协作

补齐 MIT 许可证、中英文 Wiki、贡献指南、问题模板与分层 CI。社区贡献通过 PR，维护者仍保留直接推送主干的能力；需要强制评审时可按维护指南切换。

This release brings together the changes since v0.3.92, introducing the Fluent installer as a stable download, improving manual updates and software color recovery, and completing the community documentation.

A Fluent installation experience

• System, light and dark themes, with eight languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French and Spanish.
• Choose a local installation folder through the modern Windows folder picker, including Unicode and space-containing paths, and choose whether to start with Windows.
• Launch the application explicitly after successful installation, or simply close Setup. Quiet installation, repair, cancellation and uninstall do not launch the app.
• Reopen the same Setup version to repair or uninstall, with uninstall confirmation. Upgrades preserve the existing folder and personal settings, and respect the current startup choice.
• Retry after closing a program that holds installation files, or cancel and roll back. Setup does not forcibly close unrelated applications.

Setup is about 52% smaller than the initial modern-installer development build #115 (112.49 MB), adding only about 2.8 MB over this release's MSI. Removing the duplicate frontend runtime and improving compression retains the complete offline payload. The frontend uses Windows-provided .NET Framework 4.8 on supported systems; the main application's runtime remains included. No runtime download is required.

More reliable updates and display controls

• Manual updates in this version prefer the official Setup, retaining compatibility with older MSI-only releases. Validate the source, size and SHA-256 before the user chooses to install.
• Preserve software color recovery information when an unconfirmed write is followed by a failed restoration.
• Recheck external color-curve changes immediately before applying or restoring colors, reducing the risk of overwriting another program's settings.
• Cancel queued global-profile requests after device refresh or an HDR transition, preventing stale actions from continuing.

These fixes do not add new monitor-specific native OSD navigation. Physical HKC displays, HDR/color behavior and mixed-DPI experience still need hardware validation.

Documentation and contributions

Add the MIT license, bilingual Wiki, contribution guides, issue templates and layered CI. Community contributions use PRs while the maintainer retains direct main-branch pushes; the maintenance guide describes how to enable mandatory reviews later.

Primarily designed for Windows 11 x64. Exit the previous application from the tray before manual installation. Setup can upgrade an existing MSI installation while retaining its folder and personal settings. Older in-app updaters may still choose MSI; download Setup directly to use the new wizard. Uninstall and reinstall to change the installation folder.

Both installers are promoted directly from verified main build #118, source commit 1688c9aaeec388c363548316c5276aa1ce5c043e. Windows compilation, control logic and simulated UI, real installation/uninstallation, Unicode folder selection/cancellation, startup choices, repair, files-in-use cancellation/rollback, migration from the previous stable MSI and upgrade from the earlier installer passed. The installers are currently unsigned, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher prompt. SHA-256 checksums verify file integrity.

本版汇总正式版 v0.3.75 之后的更新：新增系统软件色温、每屏 Windows HDR 开关和常驻限制提示，改进显示器读取与异常处理，并扩展本地 OSD 配对。你可以在同一个面板里分别调整每块屏幕的冷暖和 HDR 状态，也能更清楚地知道某项调节为什么可能无效。

1. 新增系统色温：不必依赖显示器的硬件色温预设

• 在单屏和整体控制中展开 系统色温（软件），选择 2500–10000 K 后点击“应用”。每屏独立，移动滑条本身不会立即修改画面。
• 提供 恢复原颜色，恢复接管前的曲线；可将已确认的目标保存到本机总配置。软件色温与显示器 DDC 色温分别管理，不会改写硬件色温预设。
• 隐藏到托盘保留效果，正常退出时尝试恢复。异常退出后保留恢复记录，下次启动由你选择恢复；不会开机自动套用旧色温。
• 若其他程序或显示模式改变了颜色曲线，FC 停止接管，保留新的颜色设置，避免反复覆盖。

这是 SDR 下的近似冷暖调节，不是仪器校色。6500 K 保留接管前的曲线，不代表把屏幕校准到准确的 6500 K。HDR、自动颜色管理、复制屏幕共用输出或状态不明时禁用该兼容接口，并提供 Windows 夜间模式入口。请避免与其他调色、夜间模式或校色加载工具同时使用。详细说明。

2. 新增每屏 HDR 开关，并解释“为什么调不了”

• 单屏和整体视图均提供独立的 Windows HDR 开关；不依赖显示器 DDC/CI，内屏也按 Windows 报告的支持情况开放。
• 切换后核对 HDR 状态，再重新读取显示器控制项。不会自动重放此前的亮度、对比度或场景参数；通过 FC 开启 HDR 前会先尝试恢复自己正在使用的软件色温曲线。
• HDR 开启时，对应屏幕和 FC 屏幕菜单 显示常驻提示：亮度、对比度、色温等可能被显示器锁定；如果调节无效，可关闭 HDR 后重新读取。提示按屏幕显示，关闭并刷新后移除，仍支持调节的控制项保持可用。
• 区分“不支持”“受系统或电源策略限制”和“状态尚未确认”，不会把广色域/自动颜色管理误当成 HDR。

若在 Windows 或其他软件中切换 HDR，请在 FC 中重新读取设备。HDR 开关不加入总配置或开机动作；切换时画面可能短暂黑屏，实际可控项目仍由显卡、连接和显示器固件决定。HDR 与笔记本控制说明。

3. 改进显示器读取，减少异常设备的影响

• 先显示基础控制，再补齐高级功能。 亮度、对比度的实时结果可以先出现，不必等待全部高级能力查询完成。
• 隔离 DDC 通信。 显示器通信放入独立辅助进程；超时后中止异常连接，刷新时重建，减少驱动或单台屏幕无响应造成的长时间等待。
• 避免反复卡在同一高级查询。 中断后记录异常探测，下次可跳过；需要时仍可主动重新检测。
• 对部分普通读取的临时传输错误进行有限重试。配对试发和设置写入不会自动重发，读取失败也不会用历史值伪装成当前状态。

这些变化改善通信与反馈，不能让固件未提供的功能变成可用功能。读取与异常处理说明。

4. 增强本地 OSD 配对，保留更多已验证的操作

在上一版“试发指令、观察效果、绑定遥控”的基础上，新增：

• 自定义按钮和选项组。 已确认的指令可以保存为自己命名的控件，在“遥控”页使用；同组选项可逐项添加经过验证的指令。
• 通信兼容设置。 支持发送后等待 0–2000 ms，也可以关闭写后回读，以便调试打开菜单后不再正常响应读取的设备；每次试验记录当时采用的设置，效果仍由用户观察确认。
• 更完整的对比记录。 可手动记录 HDMI、DP、USB-C 等视频连接方式，配合型号、固件、HDR 状态和试验结果比较同一屏幕的表现。
• 配对文件更新为 v3，仍可读取 v1/v2；导入不会自动激活自定义操作或覆盖本机通信设置。仍可完全离线完成，无需上传。

入口：型号适配 → OSD 配对 / 遥控。原厂菜单能打开，不代表支持远程方向键；未知指令仍需逐次试验并确认。本版没有内置通用 HKC/HWV 导航指令，也没有接入 USB/HID 控制。本地配对说明。

This release brings together the changes since v0.3.75: software color temperature, per-display Windows HDR switches and persistent limitation notices, more resilient monitor discovery, and expanded local OSD pairing. Adjust each screen's warmth and HDR state from one panel, with clearer feedback when the display restricts a control.

1. Software color temperature, independent of hardware presets

• Expand System temperature (software) in either display view, choose 2500–10000 K, then click Apply. Each display is independent; moving the slider alone makes no change.
• Restore original colors returns to the captured curve. Save confirmed targets in local global profiles without changing DDC hardware color presets.
• The tray keeps the effect active; normal exit attempts restoration. An interrupted session retains recovery information for explicit restoration on the next launch. Saved temperatures are not automatically applied at startup.
• External curve changes release FC's control rather than triggering repeated writes over another program's settings.

This is an approximate SDR warmth adjustment, not measured calibration. 6500 K preserves the original curve. HDR, auto color management, duplicated outputs and unknown states block this compatibility interface and offer a Windows night light entry point. Avoid running competing color tools at the same time. See scope and usage.

2. Per-display HDR switches and clearer control restrictions

• Switch Windows HDR independently in individual and overall views, including internal panels when Windows reports support. DDC/CI is not required for this switch.
• Verify HDR state and rediscover monitor controls after switching, without replaying old brightness, contrast or picture settings. Enabling HDR through FC first attempts to restore its active software color curve.
• A persistent notice appears for the affected display and in the FC on-screen menu: HDR may restrict brightness, contrast, color temperature and other controls. If adjustments have no effect, disable HDR and refresh devices. The notice disappears after HDR is off and devices refresh; supported controls remain usable.
• Distinguish unsupported HDR, system/power restrictions and unconfirmed state. Wide color gamut and auto color management are not treated as HDR.

Refresh devices in FC after changing HDR elsewhere. HDR is not saved in global profiles or startup actions. Switching may briefly blank the screen, and actual control availability depends on the driver, connection and firmware. See HDR and laptop control notes.

3. More resilient monitor discovery

• Show live brightness and contrast first, then load advanced features.
• Isolate DDC communication in helper processes. Stop a timed-out connection and rebuild it on refresh, reducing prolonged waits caused by unresponsive drivers or monitors.
• Remember interrupted advanced probes so they can be skipped next time; explicit redetection remains available.
• Retry selected temporary errors during ordinary reads, with bounded attempts. Never automatically resend settings or pairing commands, or present cached historical values as live readings.

These changes improve communication and feedback; they cannot add features absent from monitor firmware. See discovery and recovery details.

4. More flexible local OSD pairing

Building on the previous release's command testing and observed-effect bindings:

• Save confirmed commands as named buttons or choice groups, available on the Remote page. Add verified options one at a time.
• Configure 0–2000 ms settling time and optional post-write readback for devices that stop answering reads while their menu is open. Each trial records its settings; visual confirmation is still required.
• Manually record HDMI, DP, USB-C or another video connection alongside model, firmware, HDR and trial information for comparisons.
• Write v3 pairing files while retaining v1/v2 reading support. Imports do not activate custom controls or replace local communication settings. Pairing remains fully offline.

Open Model adapters → OSD pairing / remote. Opening the native menu does not prove remote navigation support. No universal HKC/HWV navigation commands or USB/HID control are included. See the pairing guide.

This release promotes the verified installer from main-branch build #92. Windows builds, control logic, simulated-display UI, and real MSI installation, upgrade, repair, uninstallation and wizard regression passed. Physical HKC displays, laptop GPUs, HDR and color-curve behavior still need local verification. WMI internal-panel brightness, proprietary OEM controls and ICC/MHC2 calibration management remain unimplemented. The installer is unsigned; SHA256SUMS.txt is included.

本版更新

• 自动列出未知指令。 从当前显示器的能力声明生成候选，代码和来源自动带出。有参数列表时直接提供声明值；只有代码时提供明确标为试验值的按钮，并允许填写其他值。每次点击只发送一次。已知标准功能、重置、频率、版本和事件通知另列用途。
• 按实际效果绑定遥控。 先确认原厂菜单能打开，再试发候选；观察后绑定打开、关闭、上、下、返回、确认等动作。摇杆左、右可按实际效果映射为返回、确认。支持部分配对、重复操作和重新配对，未验证的动作保持不可用。

• 修复 OSD 下拉框自动跳回。 指令执行或取消后清空待发送选项，允许再次选择同一个操作；写入成功但读回失败时显示“已发送，状态未确认”。
• 色温和场景模式也可重复选择。 待发送选项与真实读回值分别展示，避免旧状态阻止重试。写读不一致时保留原始结果；读回失败时不把旧值保存为新的设备快照。

开始配对

选择显示器，打开 型号适配 → OSD 配对 / 遥控 → 测试已声明的未知指令。确认菜单可打开，选择代码和值试发，展开“绑定观察到的动作”勾选实际效果，再确认结果。已绑定动作可在“遥控”页使用。详见本地配对说明。

原厂菜单导航仍取决于型号和固件，未知指令不保证对应方向键。未声明参数的试验值可能改变未知设置；通信成功不等于菜单操作成功，需要你实机观察。若没有未知声明代码，界面会明确说明。此版本不代表已完成 HKC/HWV 全系列导航适配。

This release adds an experimental local OSD pairing assistant. Unknown commands advertised by your monitor become explicit test candidates: observe what happens, then bind confirmed effects to menu controls. Each display can be paired independently without signing in, uploading diagnostics or relying on an online adapter catalog.

What's new

• Automatically discover unknown commands. Candidates come from the current monitor's capability declaration, with codes and sources filled in. Advertised value lists become test buttons. Codes without value lists offer clearly labelled experimental values and an optional custom value. Each click sends once. Known standard features, resets, frequency/version queries and event notifications are classified separately.
• Bind observed effects to a remote. Confirm that the native menu opens, test a candidate, then bind open, close, up, down, back, confirm or other observed actions. Joystick left/right can map to back/confirm. Partial pairing, repeated commands and re-pairing are supported; unverified actions stay unavailable.
• Keep evidence locally. Save model, firmware, capabilities, diagnostic baselines, parameter provenance, write/readback results, observations and bindings. Optional JSON exchange retains evidence while requiring imported candidates to be tested on the current monitor. Re-pairing archives the previous record locally. Short read-only captures of physical button events support diagnosis.
• Handle readback failure after opening the menu. The pairing window offers explicit reuse of button fields successfully read during the current session for recovery tests. Saved historical values are not reused. Disabling both OSD and button events still requires a second confirmation.
• Fix OSD selectors reverting to stale state. The pending selection clears after execution or cancellation, so the same action can be sent again. A successful write with failed readback is shown as sent with unconfirmed state.
• Allow repeated color-temperature and picture-mode selection. Pending choices are separate from actual readback. Mismatches retain the raw result, and failed readback prevents stale values from being saved into new device snapshots.

Start pairing

Select a monitor and open Model adapters → OSD pairing / remote → Test advertised unknown commands. Confirm that its menu opens, choose a code and value to test, expand Bind observed actions, select the actual effects and confirm the result. Use confirmed bindings on the Remote page. See the local pairing guide.

Native navigation depends on model and firmware; an unknown command is not necessarily a direction key. Experimental values without an advertised value list may change unknown settings. A successful transport response does not prove a menu action worked: observe the monitor. An empty candidate list is explained. This release does not claim complete HKC/HWV navigation support.

This release improves setup: choose an installation folder, decide whether FluentControl starts with Windows, and open the app directly when installation finishes.

What's new

• Choose the installation folder. Type a path or use Browse for a fresh installation, including paths with spaces or Chinese characters. The default location is unchanged; your account must have write access to the selected folder.
• Launch after installation. Launch FluentControl is selected on the completion page. Clicking Finish opens the main panel; clear the checkbox to finish without launching. Silent installs, repairs, uninstalls and installations requiring a restart do not launch the app.
• Choose startup behavior during setup. Start with Windows is off by default for new installations. When enabled, FluentControl starts in the tray at sign-in. You can change it later in Settings → General. Upgrades detect the existing startup entry and let you keep or clear that choice.
• Keep the existing folder on upgrade. Setup restores the registered location instead of creating a second installation. To move the app, uninstall first and select a new folder on reinstall; personal settings remain intact.
• Current icon in repository artwork. The README and sharing-image asset now use the app's three-slider icon. GitHub's Social preview setting still requires a separate upload.

Find settings faster and check new releases inside the app. Building on v0.3.57’s system audio controls and immediate desktop-panel activation, this release adds manual updates and settings navigation.

Highlights

• Check official GitHub releases on demand. Open Settings → About & updates to see the current version and check for updates. Read release notes, download the Windows x64 MSI, then choose Exit and install. There is no automatic startup check and no GitHub account is needed.
• Cancel or retry downloads. Only a matching installer from this repository’s stable Release is accepted. Downloads are verified on completion and again before installation. Corrupt or incomplete files cannot proceed; network problems, request limits and unavailable verifiable installers have clear messages.
• Six settings sections. General, Displays, Global shortcuts, Desktop controls, Software crosshair, and About & updates each have their own page. Navigation stays above independently scrolling content. Refreshes preserve the selected section, and navigation remains available during update checks.
• Eight-language coverage. New navigation, download, cancellation, installation and error messages are localized.
• A clearer repository introduction. The bilingual README adds a consistent branded sharing image, release/build badges, downloads and clearer DDC/CI multi-monitor information. System Volume/Input and immediate double-click desktop activation from v0.3.57 remain included. If you still use older device-bound audio profiles, set the desired audio values and update those profiles once.

Validation and limits

Validated through Windows compilation, update logic and simulated network checks, settings/update UI regression, desktop double-click and Win+D, tray behavior, and MSI installation/upgrade/uninstallation. Update tests cover version comparison, wrong sources, failed checksums, truncated downloads, cancellation and request failures. Test installers are never executed as updates.

The installer remains unsigned. SHA-256 verifies download consistency; it does not replace publisher signing. Native monitor OSD, physical 4K at 150% and virtual audio drivers remain subject to their hardware-validation status. Online model sharing and report submission are not live yet. • 色温与场景模式反馈更准确： 设置后等待并回读，未接受或返回不同值时显示实际结果与原始编码，不再误报成功；诊断记录补充型号身份与错误信息，便于后续适配。
• 型号配置库不再只显示已有预设的屏幕： 已连接但尚未保存预设的型号也有分组与保存入口，同型号仍合并展示。

Double-click to use the desktop panel, with audio following your system choices. This release brings together the changes from v0.3.50 → v0.3.57, making everyday audio controls simpler and monitor support easier to understand.

Highlights

• Double-click immediately brings the desktop panel forward. Unlocking activates and raises it without a third click. Switching to another window or pressing Esc locks it again. Double-click also works after Win+D, while Show Desktop keeps the locked panel visible without taking focus.
• Just Volume and Input. These control volume and mute for the current Windows default output and input. Device names, extra endpoint lists and separate communications devices are removed. Your Windows choices determine the targets; virtual routes such as Voicemeeter and NVIDIA Broadcast remain under your control.
• Profiles follow device changes. Newly saved audio settings and desktop controls use the current system defaults. External volume, mute and default-device changes synchronize automatically. Unavailable inputs or outputs are disabled without discarding their saved profile values.

Better monitor feedback

• Clearer menu support: the monitor-menu section remains visible even when native OSD control is not advertised. It distinguishes the FC software menu from native-menu adaptation. Readable status alone never enables unverified commands.
• More accurate color and picture-mode results: settings are checked with bounded delayed readback. Rejected or different values show the actual result and raw codes instead of reporting success. Diagnostics include monitor identity and error details for adaptation work.
• Every connected model appears in the preset library: models without saved presets now have a group and a save action; identical models remain grouped together.
• Clearer volume guidance: displays without readable DDC/CI hardware volume point to system controls on the Volume & input page.
• The README and release notes now provide bilingual product introductions; engineering structure, conventions and detailed plans live in agent.md.

Exit the old version from the tray before installing. Personal settings and startup choices are retained. Old desktop audio selections migrate to system controls after a backup. Existing device-bound audio values in global profiles are retained but skipped: set Volume and Input as desired, then update each profile you want to keep using. This avoids guessing which current route an old device setting should affect.

Validation and next steps

Windows automation covers default-audio changes, external volume/mute updates, missing inputs, legacy migration, real mouse double-click activation, blur locking, Win+D, the tray, and MSI installation/upgrade/uninstallation. Physical HKC monitors, virtual audio drivers, 4K at 150% and mixed-DPI setups still need local hardware validation.

Native OSD control requires a verified adapter for the model and firmware; this release does not claim to resolve every HKC private-menu or color-code difference. Online adapter lookup and report submission are not live yet. The installer remains unsigned. Model adaptation and hardware validation continue; please report problems through Issues.

• 高分屏界面偏小、识别文字截断： 窗口按屏幕缩放比例调整，长名称自动换行，提示框随内容增高；改进软件菜单在不同屏幕上的定位。
• 安装时要求关闭无关程序： 调整安装和升级流程，避免安装器自动关闭或重启其他程序，同时保留真实文件占用提示和升级回滚。
• 自启动设置偶尔失败： 修复快捷方式文件短暂占用引起的问题。
• 色温预设读写不一致： 改进色温编码处理和写后回读校验；具体型号仍可能拒绝指令或返回不同值，不能据此承诺所有显示器都已适配。

Control multiple displays together and keep everyday settings within reach. FluentControl brings monitor, audio, microphone and mouse controls into one Windows panel. This release covers v0.3.33 → v0.3.50, focusing on reusable monitor presets, per-display software menus and a smoother desktop and installation experience.

Highlights

• Switch your whole setup at once. Overall profiles save monitor settings, audio and microphone volume/mute, mouse speed and pointer size. Apply them from the main window, desktop panel, tray or keyboard shortcuts. Settings for disconnected displays are retained.
• Reuse monitor settings. The model preset library groups presets by monitor model. Share a preset across matching displays or choose one for each screen. Cross-model presets show compatibility and apply only supported settings. Editing a library preset leaves previously saved overall profiles intact.
• A dedicated FC software menu on each display. Open supported controls on the screen you want to adjust and press Esc to close. This is separate from the monitor's built-in OSD; remote navigation of the manufacturer's menu requires a verified adapter for that model.
• Share presets more easily. Batch JSON import/export, offline use and duplicate detection are supported, with optional monitor capability information. Audio, mouse and local device identities stay on your computer.
• Help expand monitor compatibility. A data-only adapter framework matches exact models and firmware. The read-only capture assistant records changes while you adjust the physical menu, producing reports for later research. Exports exclude serial numbers, device instance IDs and local paths by default.

Fixes and improvements

• Desktop panel disappearing after Win+D: fixed minimizing and desktop coverage issues while keeping the panel locked and avoiding focus changes.
• Small windows and clipped display names at high DPI: windows respect display scaling, long names wrap and identification panels grow with their content. Software menu placement across displays is improved.
• Installer asking to close unrelated apps: installation and upgrade behavior now avoids automatically closing or restarting other programs, while retaining real file-lock warnings and upgrade rollback.
• Intermittent startup setting failures: fixed temporary shortcut file-lock issues.
• Color temperature read/write mismatches: improved value handling and read-back checks. Individual models may still reject commands or return different values; this does not establish compatibility with every monitor.
• More linked desktop controls: supported color temperature, RGB, gamma, saturation and display modes are available, with indicators for options supported by only some displays.

Designed for Windows 11 x64; the installer minimum is Windows 10 2004 x64. The offline package includes the required runtimes. No separate .NET or Node.js installation or administrator access is needed.

Exit FluentControl from the tray before running the installer. Upgrades preserve personal settings and the existing startup preference; the first model-library migration backs up the old configuration. When moving from the portable version, re-enable startup to update its path. If you already installed the same 0.3.50 test package, you do not need to reinstall.

Before you install

• Monitor controls depend on DDC/CI support throughout the device and connection path. HDR or power-saving modes may lock some settings.
• Online model lookup, report submission and community services are not live yet. This release provides the adapter framework and local capture tools, without unverified private commands for the manufacturer's OSD.
• The installer is not code-signed. Windows may show an unknown publisher or SmartScreen prompt. A file checksum is not a substitute for a signature.
• Windows automated checks cover the UI, tray, Win+D, installation/upgrades and settings preservation. Physical 4K / 150%, mixed-DPI setups and specific monitor controls still need hardware testing.
• Vendor SDKs, hardware crosshairs, game FPS and automatic profile switching by application are not included. See the project roadmap for future directions, separate from this release's features.

Spend less time pressing monitor buttons and opening separate settings pages. FluentControl brings multi-monitor, audio, microphone and mouse controls together in one Fluent-style Windows panel.

This first release is for people who want to adjust multiple displays, save everyday setups and reach common controls from the desktop or keyboard.

What you can do

• Adjust multiple displays together. Control different models as a group or adjust each screen individually. Rename displays, map brightness and see partial-support indicators. Brightness, contrast, color, input, volume and other controls are enabled according to actual device capabilities.
• Keep everyday controls in one place. Access controls for default playback/communications devices, the microphone, mouse speed and pointer size from the same panel.
• Save and share profiles. Organize profiles with groups and application, model or brand tags. Import/export JSON in batches or download through HTTPS links. Settings for disconnected displays are retained.
• Keep controls on your desktop. Move and resize a translucent panel and choose its visible controls. Double-click to unlock it; when locked, it stays beneath ordinary windows.
• Work the way you prefer. Use the tray, single-instance behavior, optional startup, cross-group profile shortcuts, eight languages and light/dark themes. Parallel device initialization and capability caching improve startup while current values are still read from hardware.

Designed for Windows 11 x64; the installer minimum is Windows 10 2004 x64. The offline package includes the required runtimes, with no separate .NET or Node.js installation. Run the installer, then open FluentControl from the Start menu. It installs for the current user without administrator access.

When moving from an older portable version, exit it from the tray first and re-enable startup after installation to update the path. Upgrades and uninstalling preserve personal settings. For later improvements, visit the latest stable release.

Before you install

• Monitor adjustments require DDC/CI support throughout the device and connection path. Not every monitor exposes every feature; HDR and power-saving modes may also restrict controls.
• The installer is not code-signed. Windows may show an unknown publisher or SmartScreen prompt. A file checksum is not a substitute for a signature.
• Windows build, logic, simulated UI, tray, MSI install/upgrade/uninstall and settings-preservation checks passed. Compatibility with specific hardware still needs testing on those devices.
• Vendor SDKs, hardware crosshairs, game FPS, automatic profile switching by application and an online community client are not included. The companion sharing website is not live yet.
