Performance

  • Linux startup freeze fixed — SharedPreferences was 21 MB because chat payloads were stored in it. Every tiny settings write rewrote the entire file, freezing the UI for seconds
  • Chat payload cache replaced with SQLite database on all native platforms (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, macOS)
  • Project cache also moved to SQLite
  • Auto-migration on first launch shrinks SharedPreferences from 21 MB to ~200 KB
  • Tool preferences Supabase sync deferred 5s to avoid blocking startup render

New Tools

  • Crypto Data — Real-time cryptocurrency prices, market data, trending coins, and price history charts via CoinGecko (free, no API key). Actions: price, markets, history (time-series for charts), trending, search
  • Domain Check — Check domain name availability across 1400+ TLDs with WHOIS data via FindADomain (45s timeout for slow responses)
  • Removed Stock Data tool (Yahoo Finance unofficial API)

Bug Fixes

  • Send neutral "1 image attached" instead of "describe these images" for image-only messages
  • Set modelSupportsImageInput before Ctrl+V paste on desktop
