• Per-issue git worktrees (default on) — each issue is worked in its own git worktree cut from up-to-date upstream; the repo root is never touched, so you can keep working in it while ralph runs. --no-worktree / worktrees=false restores in-place mode.
• Parallel ralph auto — max_parallel (default 3, or --parallel N) works N issues at once, each in its own worktree, with synchronous claiming so parallelism fills to the cap promptly.

• Resilient auto — a failed issue is labelled and the worker keeps serving the rest of the queue (no halt); an issue already resolved on the base branch is closed as resolved; a closed/not-actionable issue is skipped (never a spurious failure). Only a lapsed Claude login halts the run.
