A kind's reader (Rubric::parse, Cases::parse, jud::parse_recording)
handed a document of another known kind refuses it with jud::Error::OtherKind { found, expected }, "a Cases document, not a
Rubric; this reads kind: Rubric", instead of Error::Kind, which said
the kind was not a document kind at all. Error::Kind still names a kind
the crate does not know.

jud lower and jud check name the file in every refusal and say what
was expected of it: cannot read rubric PATH, PATH is not a valid Rubric: ..., --state is not JSON, and, for a file that is not a .jud
document at all, the pointer to the envelope that jud RUBRIC already
gave. jud lower examples/jud/triage-cases.jud used to print "kind: Cases is not a document kind" with no path.
