4q 2025 refresh (#29)

Updates to Java components to resolve potential vulnerabilities.
Update to the two SpringBoot apps to avoid the need to edit ConnectionInfo.java. Instead, two new JVM system properties, CBSA_ZOSCONN_PORT and CBSA_ZOSCONN_HOST are used to specify the location of z/OS Connect.
SpringBoot apps and z/OS Connect apps/services now align.
The installation JCL has been improved and clarified.
The main menu BMS map has been changed to NOT have a numeric field, as it accepts both numbers and letters.
