From scripts to binaries: 2 ways

We introduce the experimental build and embed scripts:

embed is a quick and easy way to build a binary out from a script file, without an .asd system definition.

$ ciel -s embed script.lisp -o output
$ ./hello
hello!

YAML

We use the new pure Lisp yamson library to parse YAML. It's fast.

Time manipulation: periods

We ship the periods library, a great complement to local-time.

Short CLOS class definitions

We ship deflass/std to write very terse class definitions: https://ciel-lang.org/#/language-extensions?id=clos-shorter-class-definitions

Double floats

We set (setf *read-default-float-format* 'double-float) in CIEL. Double floats by default!
