Carryover 1.2.2

On a brand new chat the pill reported a few tokens instead of nothing.

An empty chat still has text on screen: mode switchers, placeholders, the
composer's own buttons. The structural reader has no way to know those aren't
messages, so pressing Carry over there would have handed you a summary made out
of button labels. Stray interface text is now ignored.

Everything else is as in 1.2.1.

Install

Download the zip for your site, unzip it, then open chrome://extensions, turn
on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick the carryover-<site> folder.

The -store.zip files are for uploading to the Chrome Web Store only. They
extract loose into whatever folder you are in.
