Carryover 1.2.3

The project link inside the extension popup pointed at an old address that
404s. Fixed. No behaviour changes.

Install

Download the zip for your site, unzip it, then open chrome://extensions, turn
on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick the carryover-<site> folder.
