I wonder if we should make this the official list of sub-project maintainers https://github.com/cilium/community/blob/main/roles/Maintainers.md. From the sub-project list, proxy is missing and certgen is extra. |

I am in favor of having proxy as a separate sub-project. Contributions to envoy proxy usually require unique skills and knowledge. |
