  • Route settings refresh through a runtime compatibility layer so Obsidian 1.8.7 through 1.12.x keep the legacy settings UI.\n- Use the declarative settings refresh hook on Obsidian 1.13 and later without violating the declared minimum app version.\n- Add regression coverage for both settings refresh paths.
