• Undo/redo in map-only mode: use shortcuts or the pane menu without opening the note. Maps of the same file share session history.
• Search navigation and highlighting: opening an Obsidian search result reveals, centers and highlights its matching node. Body text and hidden lists show a highlighted excerpt, with a shortcut to the original note.
• Refined level colors: six distinct, muted colors for light and dark themes, with softer borders.
• Synchronized animation: nodes and edges move together; large maps and reduced-motion preferences disable animation.
• New defaults: elbow branches, blue palette, animation on, strict line breaks off, and list nodes off. Existing explicit settings and per-note styles are preserved.

Undo history lasts for the current session. Search highlights never alter notes and clear when the content changes. Use View in note for exact matches in hidden markup or math source.
