• cipi self-update appeared stuck on “Downloading cipi/gui…” until Enter — interactive TTY + timeout --foreground curl -s could stop on stdin (SIGTTIN). GUI tarball sync now uses curl’s own timeouts with stdin closed (</dev/null). Composer panel updates set COMPOSER_ALLOW_SUPERUSER=1 and also close stdin so root/--no-interaction runs never wait for a prompt.
