• horizon:terminate reports NamespaceNotFoundException when Horizon is not installed — Deploy templates always ran php artisan horizon:terminate before symlink. With || true the deploy still succeeded, but apps without laravel/horizon threw Symfony’s “no commands defined in the horizon namespace”, which exception digests (Flare/Sentry/etc.) reported. Templates now skip artisan unless vendor/laravel/horizon/composer.json exists (same guard for octane:reload + laravel/octane). Migration 5.0.2 regenerates existing deploy.php files.
