File type icons, and more changes

Features:
- icons are per file type with many types supported (@iDomas )
- fixes in lexer to support most of python, but also (some) JS/TS support for indexer and underscore separated words
- support of specific types to be mapped to other extensions (like Bazel files to be seen as python files)
- Kotlin support
- icon is added
- (inno) installers are versioned and LZMA based so they are smaller
