Added KVM Support

Add KVM detection and update .gitignore

- Introduced KVM detection functionality in a new file `kvm.go`.
- Updated the `Clouds` struct in `detect.go` to include KVM.
- Modified the `Detect` function to accommodate KVM detection.
- Added KVM to the wait group in `Detect`.
- Updated `.gitignore` to include `.idea` and `.DS_Store` files.
