2. It crashes the game with same speaker-ceiling-mexico

Do one thing its obviously caused by any mlo so try isolating a bulk by bulk to identify folder and one by one to identify certain script .

We've recently had this issue too, but it is highly unreliable to recreate. Have you had any luck narrowing it down?

I managed to fix this as it was mlo side issue

which MLO please? we're having the same issue and cant figure out which one its coming from

you will have duplicates of files. search your repos for gta5.meta and sp_manifest. this will be your issue.
