release zip 2.1.001

Found out that the program doesn't work without the DLL (duh). Now instead of simply providing the executable, the program needs to be bundled with the .ddl to run (duh).

Provided a .rar and a .zip. Download the one according to the ZIP program you're using (honestly WinRAR works for both, but if you've got like 7Zip then download the .zip one)
