This PR adds favicons and the basic SEO metadata tags to both the landing and documentation pages.
This follows the same format and uses the same favicons as the CityCoins UI package.
It also rewrites the
matchDownloadfunction to make it easier to add download targets by extension instead of hard-coding file names.
