• Ask box: pick an AI, type what you want, and it opens with your prompt filled in.
• Real tabs: tabs down the side, Ctrl+T, Ctrl+W, Ctrl+Shift+T to reopen a closed tab, Ctrl+Tab to switch, and a right-click menu.

📁 Every AI can work with your files

• The AI on DeepSeek, ChatGPT or any site can create, read, edit, rename, search and open files on your PC.
• Just tell it a folder: "build a website in C:\Users\you\Documents\my-site", or "fix the CSS in my site folder".
• Choose how much in the extension popup under Files on this PC: Off, Any folder I name, or One folder.
• Safe by design:
  • It never deletes and never runs programs.
  • Windows, Program Files and AppData are always off limits.
  • Every file it changes is backed up first, so nothing is ever lost.

The biggest update yet. The app is rebuilt from top to bottom, the AI got a lot smarter, and the extension got cleaner.

✨ A brand new app

• Cleaner look everywhere: calm graphite design, drawn icons, and an icon rail that shows names on hover.
• Customise it: accent colours, corner roundness, density, text size and interface zoom.
• Command palette (Ctrl+K): jump anywhere or run anything. Plus slash commands (/) and keyboard shortcuts for everything.
• New top bar: search, Studio status, Play/Stop, Studio peek (a live screenshot of Studio), focus mode and help.

⚠️ Updating from inside the app

This one time, the app closes after updating instead of reopening, because it's now called SpookyScript.exe. Just open SpookyScript.exe from your VoidScript folder. Your shortcuts update themselves after that.

• Real textures: builds use Roblox materials properly - brick and cobblestone walls, wood plank floors, roof tiles, diamond plate, grass and 40+ more. The 3D preview shows the textures too.
• Styles: Realistic, Low poly, Cartoon or Blocky.
• Parts land in the right place again, with exact placement rules. High detail adds an extra detail pass.
• Self-check: flickering duplicate parts are removed and floating parts get fixed automatically.
• Reference image: pick a picture and the AI copies it (best with a vision model like Gemini).
• Click to edit: click any part in the preview to change its colour or material, or delete it.
• Undo for every change.
• Instant recolour and resize, no AI needed.
• Insert welded for vehicles, tools and moving props.

Model generator: way better, and it learns from you

• High detail works now. Big models used to get cut off and fail without a word. They're now built in passes: the full shape first, then detail passes add trim, panels, lights and the small stuff. Medium gets a detail pass too.
• It learns from you. Every change you ask for is remembered for later models. 👍 makes a model the bar for detail next time; 👎 asks what's wrong, fixes it and remembers. "Learning from N likes · M notes" shows what it knows (with a Forget button).
• Better builds: plans real size and proportions first, builds the biggest parts first, no more flickering trim, and finished models always sit on the ground, centred.
• Revisions on big models are fast: only the changed parts are sent, not the whole model.
• Balls and cylinders in the preview now look exactly like they will in Studio.

Models + UI builder (app)

• Watch it build: the model or GUI appears in the preview while the AI is still writing it.
• Progress bar and ETA: "Detailing 1/2 · 84 parts · ~40s left", plus "Thinking · 12s" for thinking models.
• Never stuck, never silent: if the AI stops responding for over a minute it's stopped for you, and a stopped or cut-off run keeps what it finished (marked Partial). Every failure tells you why.
• Broken AI output is repaired instead of failing, and models with smaller output limits retry automatically.
• UI builder: sharper design rules (clear focal point, phone-readable text, coins and icons built from shapes instead of emoji, depth, even spacing). It learns from your likes too.

Extension

• Signed-in ChatGPT no longer shows the whole setup prompt in the chat.
• VoidScript's messages now stay hidden on every AI site, even after a site redesign.
• The "Starting Up" chip was blank; it shows its label again.
• ChatGPT no longer takes 8+ seconds before you can type.
• The startup prompt is about half the size, so pasting it no longer freezes the page.

Bridge

• The AI no longer sees Roblox's studio-picker tool; VoidScript picks your Studio for you.

• The extension wouldn't load in Chrome ("Invalid match pattern" error). It loads again.

Our biggest update yet - and it fixes connecting to Roblox Studio after Roblox's latest update.

🔧 Fixed: connecting to Roblox Studio

• Roblox changed how Studio's MCP server works, which broke VoidScript (and ZeroScript) for everyone. Fixed - start.bat and VoidScript.exe connect again.
• If another VoidScript or ZeroScript is already running, it now tells you which one to close.

🐉 Model generator

• Describe anything - "a red phoenix", "a bullet train" - and the AI builds it out of parts.
• Live 3D preview: drag to spin, scroll to zoom, with the part count and size.
• Revise it in plain words, then Insert into Studio (Ctrl+Z undoes it), copy the script, or save it.

• Describe a GUI - a shop, main menu, HUD, daily reward - and see it on a game screen.

🔊 Sound effects (opt-in)

Short, soft sounds for the moments that matter:

• Ready: connected to Roblox Studio.
• Done: the AI finished and it's your turn.
• Error: something went wrong.
• Needs you: the AI is waiting for your approval.

Sounds are off by default. Turn them on here:

• Extension: the Sound effects switch in the popup, or in the bar's menu under Safety & behavior.
• App: Settings → App → Sound effects, with a volume slider and a Play button to preview.

A small fix for the in-app updater.

🛠 Fixes

• "Update now" said "Already up to date" on an older app. If VoidScript's files were already updated (for example by start.bat) but the open app was still the old version, pressing Update now did nothing. It now reopens VoidScript on the new version.
• The release title no longer shows twice in the Updates tab.
