Package version not bumped to match changelog entry

The CHANGELOG.md adds an entry for version 11.1.2, but the version field in package.json remains "11.1.1". If this PR is the release commit for 11.1.2, the package version needs to be bumped to match the changelog entry, otherwise the published package will have a mismatched version.
