ckmux 0.1.4 makes terminal screen updates cheaper at both transport boundaries.

• The server now partitions sparse changed rows using the exact encoded CellsOp cost. It bridges unchanged gaps only when that is cheaper than another operation header, instead of retransmitting a wide span between distant changes.
• ckmux now pins ckVision 0.1.5, whose large text frames are completion-paced and coalesce rapid intermediate window positions to the newest scene.
• Small interactive updates remain immediate, and terminals that do not answer completion probes are not delayed.

In a matched Release 100×30 live audit, an htop window was moved through 20 positions at 10 ms intervals while host replies were delayed by 120 ms. The previous pair emitted 182,028 host bytes across all 20 frames; ckmux 0.1.4 with ckVision 0.1.5 emitted 25,581 bytes across 3 current frames—about 86% less—with zero unchanged-cell writes and the same final position. A five-second steady htop trace emitted 8,639 bytes for 1,405 changed cells, again with zero duplicate cell writes.

Verification: public snapshot f0ea0f6; GitHub release run 33446774634 built, tested, inspected, and packaged Linux x86_64, Ubuntu 20.04 x86_64, macOS arm64, and the Homebrew formula before publication. The exact local Release candidate fetched public ckVision v0.1.5 and passed CTest 53/53.

ckmux 0.1.3

ckmux 0.1.3 adds a dedicated Ubuntu 20.04 compatibility package and updates the pinned ckVision dependency to v0.1.4.

Download ckmux_0.1.3-ubuntu20.04_amd64.deb and install it with APT:

Use the file containing ubuntu20.04; the generic DEB is built on the current GitHub Linux image and may require a newer glibc.

The release also includes the generic Linux DEB and tar archive, RPM, macOS arm64 archive, checksums, and an install-tested Homebrew formula.

The release workflow built the focal package inside an Ubuntu 20.04 userspace with GCC 10, passed all 53 suites, inspected its amd64 metadata (libc6 >= 2.17, libstdc++6 >= 9), installed it with APT, and launched ckmux --version before publication. All package jobs and the Homebrew installation passed in GitHub run 33377741193.

ckmux 0.1.2 expands the release packages with RPM and a Homebrew formula, alongside DEB and native tar archives.
