Initial public release of Codex Local Cleanup Skill.

Highlights:

  • Cleans stale local Codex Desktop project/thread metadata under ~/.codex.
  • Targets deleted project traces, non-active project threads, archived threads, session indexes, config trust entries, and SQLite rows.
  • Backs up affected metadata before cleanup.
  • Preserves saved projects, projectless chats, and the current thread by default.
  • Includes README translations and a cleanup flow diagram.
