Summary

  • persist documents rows-per-page per workspace when perPage is absent from the URL
  • raise the documents default rows-per-page to 100 while keeping 1000 selectable
  • remove extra bottom padding so the documents table footer sits on the bottom edge of the page area

P2 Badge Reset page-size state when workspace changes

pageSize is initialized from storage only once, so when workspaceId changes this hook temporarily keeps the previous workspace's preference until the useEffect runs. Because DocumentsTableContainer immediately feeds defaultPageSize into useDocumentsListParams, the first render after a workspace switch can fetch documents with the wrong perPage and then re-fetch after correction, causing cross-workspace preference leakage/flicker. This should be derived synchronously from the current workspaceId (or the component should be remounted per workspace) instead of relying on a post-render effect.
