Restore fonts.rb from commit 9af86e0 (before corruption) and apply: - glyph_width(resource, codepoint) correct parameter order - Missing glyphs (cp > 255) return 0 - glyph_widths accepts codepoint arrays - units_per_em: 1000 in metrics hash
