Embedded terminal!

Right-click empty space → Open Terminal Here — your $SHELL runs in a pane at the bottom, at the folder you're browsing
Click the grid/sidebar to hand keys back to tfm; ✕ or typing exit closes the pane
Powered by OpenTUI's embedded terminal + a real PTY; upgraded to @opentui/core 0.5.8 which fixes terminal rendering in compiled binaries
First open may take ~10s (fish waits out its device-attribute timeout); commands respond instantly after

Plus: sort-menu arrows, restricted-folder error states, hover feedback everywhere.
