Support both Content-Length framed and newline-delimited JSON-RPC input in the MCP stdio reader so clients that do not send LSP-style headers no longer hang on initialize. Add parser tests for both frame formats and document the fix in CHANGELOG. Bump version to 1.6.1. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
