• clay budgets list lists budgets you can assign to resources.
• clay workflows create and update accept --budget-id <id> to select or change the budget a workflow spends from.
• clay workflows triggers create and update accept skipWhileRunsActive in --input to skip scheduled runs while earlier runs are pending, running, or waiting. Publish the workflow to apply changes.
• clay workflows triggers create and update return workflowNodeId when available, so you can wire subsequent nodes using the trigger’s canvas node ID.
