Add ability to use custom cluster login commands#8

Accepts arguments and config values (and env variables) for setting custom cluster login commands. Defaults to `$SHELL` for the shell, `ocm backplane login` for the login command, and `/usr/bin/gnome-terminal` for the terminal. Fixes #6 Signed-off-by: Chris Collins <collins.christopher@gmail.com>
