Patch release focused on GUI mode fixes after v0.2.0.

Highlights:

  • GUI mode now creates missing Ghidra projects automatically instead of requiring an existing .gpr file.
  • MCP-imported GUI programs no longer trigger the CodeBrowser "Analyze?" prompt.
  • GUI mode starts Ghidra background analysis for opened/imported programs and reports analysis_complete only after analysis is actually finished.
  • README GUI startup examples now show the default project-directory plus --project-name flow.
