  1. Zed: add component to the robots section.
  2. R100 Attachments: FAMS, HAMS, and Dual Arm Tower with adjustable table and mount heights.
  3. Dingo Attachments: PACS plate with adjustable height.
  4. Firmware: removed outdated ROS 1 firmware flashing instructions, added instructions for Ridgeback, Dingo and Dingo 1.5.
  5. Kinova Arms and Robotiq Grippers robot.yaml entries.
  6. Manipulator service generator documentation.
  7. Manipulation gazebo tutorials.
