- Removed the ROS versioning from the /robots section as it was causing excessive duplication and maintenance
- Moved the ROS 1 robot details under /robots/legacy
- Released the Jazzy version of the /ros docs
…tion for Jazzy release
… we don't lose those old details now that versioning is removed on Robots
