Fixed

  • Chunked-consumer flow replenishment: accepted incomplete PIP-37 chunks now repay their broker permits immediately, matching the Java client's per-chunk accounting and preventing queue-2,000 consumers from reaching zero permits below the logical-message refill threshold. (#331; ADR-0076)
