v0.2.0: pip and npm install, Apple Watch complication

TokenTV shows your Claude and Codex usage limits on a ~$5 AliExpress Wi-Fi desk clock. It uses the clock's stock firmware over Wi-Fi. No firmware flashing.

• Install from PyPI or npm. pipx install token-tv, or look around without installing: uvx token-tv demo or npx token-tv demo.
• Apple Watch complication. The computer that drives the clock also serves /watch.json, so a JSON complication app can show the same numbers on your wrist. See docs/apple-watch.md. Not yet checked on a real watch.
• Listed in CodexBar's integrations.

v0.1.0: SmallTV-Ultra support, first outside contribution

TokenTV shows your Claude and Codex usage limits on a GeekMagic Wi-Fi desk clock from AliExpress (the basic one is about $5). It uses the clock's stock firmware over Wi-Fi. No firmware flashing.

New: GeekMagic SmallTV-Ultra, contributed by @yethihahtwe in #7, TokenTV's first outside contribution. The Ultra works the same way: TokenTV uploads the picture through the Ultra's own photo album and switches it to the Photo Album theme. Checked by @yethihahtwe on a real Ultra with firmware Ultra-V9.0.54. The maintainer doesn't have an Ultra, so the compatibility table lists it as contributor-checked.

Also in this release:

• CodexBar input: Claude and Codex accounts can read CodexBar's usage JSON (codexbar usage or codexbar serve). See docs/codexbar.md.
• A selectable Game Boy face.
• Tests for the Ultra web API against a fake clock.
• If the saved original-state backup belongs to a different kind of clock, TokenTV stops with a clear message and leaves the clock alone.
• token-tv start --device-url now speaks up when the saved config points at a different clock address, instead of quietly using the old one (reported by @yethihahtwe).

SD_PRO clocks work as before.
