Validation

Live integration tests passed on Plumbus for workspace and scratchpad moves, follow/stay behavior, and existing hold and Alt-double-tap actions. Shell syntax and JSON checks pass. Plumbus was unavailable for an additional release-time rerun; only documentation and the version changed since the passing run.
