What's new in v1.2

  • Battery watch — optional battery % in the menu bar with a charge-aware icon
  • Device batteries — right-click lists battery for this Mac and connected Apple peripherals (AirPods, Magic Mouse/Trackpad/Keyboard), read in-process with no subprocess overhead

All menu bar metrics (Memory, CPU, SSD, Network, Battery) are independently toggleable via right-click.

Install

brew install clintoncodewell/tap/ramguard

Builds from source — no Gatekeeper prompt. Or download RamGuard.zip below (Apple Silicon), unzip, drag to /Applications, then xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/RamGuard.app.
