Bug-fix release (independent review pass).

  • Fix a potential crash in system CPU sampling: integer underflow on counter wrap after very long uptime
  • Battery: only show the charging bolt when actually charging (not merely plugged in and full)
  • Battery: don't drop a peripheral reporting exactly 0%
