修复

• 修复数据目录迁移成功后没有明确反馈的问题：迁移完成后在看板设置的存储区显示绿色成功提示（含新路径）；旧数据清理失败改为以警示样式显示在成功提示下方，不再占用全局错误横幅；关闭设置或修改路径后提示消失。

验证结果

• 类型检查与 host/client 构建通过；本地测试 23 个文件 / 307 项全部通过。

Fixes

• Fix the missing feedback after a successful data-directory migration: the storage section now shows a green success notice with the new path; old-data cleanup warnings render beneath it as warnings instead of occupying the global error banner. The notice clears on closing settings or editing the path.
