All HTTP fetches (fx/make-converter, sdmx/get-series, sdmx/list-dataflows) now apply connect/read timeouts (10 s / 30 s defaults, rebindable via clojure-finance.ecbjure.http) — a stalled ECB transfer throws java.net.SocketTimeoutException instead of blocking the calling thread forever.
Also fixes parsing of the daily file (fx/ecb-daily-url, eurofxref.zip): space-padded fields and the trailing blank column no longer throw NumberFormatException.
