The excel file included won't open correctly in Excel on MacOS, it requires "repair" which results in none of the references in the table "Estimated Price"

If you have Excel, you should probably use it locally to update the Excel file currently on main, then commit it here. Using Google Docs as an intermediary seems to break things.

In the Plans table, how about added "G/A" column, and marking the
domain-with-cdn-dedicated-waf and domain-with-org-lb plans as No?

And then update the last line to something like:

The `domain-with-cdn-dedicated-waf` and `domain-with-org-lb` plans are not yet Generally Available for all organizations. Please contact [**{{site.support_email_address}}**]({{site.support_email}}) if you are interested in using these plans

Right now it seems kind of arbitrary that they're not available to all orgs, and I'd also like to move the NOT Generally Available info further up into people's awareness.

@pburkholder How does the spreadsheet look now? I edited it with Excel.

As for the domain-with-org-lb plan, it's not even included in the spreadsheet because there was never a discussion about how to charge for it, as far as I know.

And regarding mentioning the availability status of different plans, is that necessary? I agree that the documentation page for external domain services should state which plans are generally available and not, which it does, but I figured the cost estimator can just tell you what the costs are for whatever you are using.
