• 7da026f: Offer to migrate Wrangler projects before running autoconfig

  When cf dev, cf build, or the build phase of cf deploy finds a Wrangler
  JSON, JSONC, or TOML configuration in a project that is not yet configured for
  cf, it now offers to run the existing cf migrate flow. Accepting the prompt
  migrates the project and continues the requested command; declining preserves
  the existing autoconfig behavior. Non-interactive runs do not migrate
  automatically.

• 900c9ac: Expose cf workers secrets update and cf workers secrets bulk.

Patch Changes

• 0d3e88b: Allow prebuilt Build Output with a recorded mode to deploy without --mode

  Validate the recorded build mode when a command explicitly requests a mode. This lets cf deploy --prebuilt use output from Vite and other builders that record their default mode without requiring the user to repeat it. Use the account ID and compliance region recorded in Build Output without reevaluating source config. When the output omits an account ID, use environment or profile account selection in the built region.

• 8797f9a: Run Vite development and build commands for Next.js projects that have vinext installed.
