Summary
Adds an Agents SDK migration guide for the split MCP TypeScript SDK v2 packages and updates the MCP server, client, transport, tools, authorization, and Code Mode references.
The documentation now distinguishes:
agents/mcp/serverandagents/mcp/client;agents/mcp;It also documents SDK beta.5, the direct
@modelcontextprotocol/serverconstructor import, the isolated Stateless bundle, Origin validation delegation, the optional Code Mode peer, and both elicitation examples.Related implementation: cloudflare/agents#1557. Fixes cloudflare/agents#1848.
