I am not sure where I got v54 from. I must have been looking at a stale branch. Turns out I am also a bad AI model sometimes.

The change is a one-line version bump from v54.0 to v56.1 for perfetto in build/deps/deps.jsonc. The tag v56.1 exists in the google/perfetto repo. The PR has already been approved by fhanau. No existing inline comments. No actionable issues.
